Rosehip & Lavender Body Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup shea butter
- 1/2 cup rosehip oil
- 10–30 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil and shea butter over low heat. This will take about 10-12 minutes.
- Mix in the rosehip oil and lavender essential oil.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer or a bowl that you can use a hand mixer in.
- Set in the fridge to harden for 1-2 hours.
- When solid, whip for about 10 minutes or until it looks like frosting.
- Store in a sealed container and use where you would use lotion.
Rosehip and Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Coconut milk, ½ cup for swirling
- ½ Cup of coconut water
- ¾ Sliced Peaches
- 1 Cup sliced Raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Rosehip powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
A healthy smoothie that consists of Rosehip powder mixed with fruits and coconut water. With added coconut milk for a creamy texture and healthy fat to keep the hunger at bay. Add some ice cube to the blender, if you use fresh fruits. (preferred) Best served cold. Makes two servings.
Prepare your ingredients, cut up peaches and raspberries. Measure out the coconut water, mike and dry ingredients.
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add into two glasses and swirl with the remaining coconut milk if desired.
Spinish and Rosehip Smoothie
Instructions and Ingredients
- 500ml of Coconut Water
- 1 Cup of Baby Spinach
- Kale Leaves
- 1 Peeled Orange
- A Banana or Apple for sweetness (optional)
- 2 teaspoon Rosehip Powder
- Ice Cubes
Add protein powder or chia seeds to make it more of a meal. Add all ingredients into a blender and enjoy.
