Directions for Use:
Essential oils are highly concentrated and must always be diluted. In a diffuser, add 2-3 drops to the water and diffuse in a well-ventilated room for short periods. For massage, blend 2-3 drops per 10ml of a carrier oil such as Marula, Baobab or Kalahari Melon Oil and apply to the chest, shoulders or muscles. This oil is for external use only and should never be applied undiluted. Patch test before first use.
